360 Laser Modules

AIMLASER 360 lasers are designed to deliver effective performance in various self leveling laser tools within various fields, including laser distance measurement, alignment, and scanner. With the fan angle of 360 degree, it provides complete coverage and comprehensive projection, eliminating the need for repositioning.

Advantages of 360 Lasers

  • Full-Circle Coverage: 360-degree lasers project a continuous horizontal or vertical line around the entire room or field, offering complete coverage and eliminating the need for constant repositioning. This all-around projection enables operators to work faster and more efficiently, without the hassle of moving the laser device.

  • Time-Saving: The 360-degree projection minimizes the need to constantly move the laser, saving time and effort. What’s more, it also allows for multiple tasks to be performed simultaneously, such as leveling and alignment, further speeding up the workflow.

  • Enhanced Precision: 360-degree lasers offer high precision in leveling and alignment tasks, ensuring that all points in the field or room are perfectly aligned. The continuous line also helps maintain consistent accuracy across large areas, reducing the risk of errors.

Calibration Methods for 360 Laser Module

  • Initial Setup and Alignment: Begin by securely mounting the 360 laser module on a stable platform. Use precision alignment tools to ensure the laser is perfectly level and aligned with the target area. This initial setup is crucial for accurate calibration.

  • Beam Intensity Adjustment: Adjust the laser's power output to achieve the desired beam intensity. Use a calibrated power meter to measure the output and make fine adjustments as needed. Consistent beam intensity is essential for precise measurements and reliable performance.

  • Target Calibration: Place a calibrated target at a known distance from the laser. Use the laser to mark specific points on the target, then measure the accuracy of these points. Adjust the laser's settings to correct any deviations, ensuring the laser's output matches the expected results.

  • Regular Maintenance and Recalibration: Periodically check the laser's alignment and output to ensure ongoing accuracy. Regular maintenance, including cleaning the optics and checking for wear and tear, helps maintain the laser's performance and prolongs its lifespan.
