Uniform Line Laser Modules

AIMLASER adopts high quality Powell Lens and high stability driver to produce good performance laser line generators. The laser intensity is well distributed with very thin line width up to 10um.

Wavelength is available at 405n, 450n, 520n, 635nm, 650nm, 780nm and 850nm with output powers from 1mW to 100mW.

The Powell lense uniform line laser modules are widely used in machine vision system, 3D scanning, industrial smart cameras, laser contour scanner, laser profilometer, laser measuring profilometer, laser scribe positioning machines, industrial Robot visual guidance system and measurement system, and also automatic equipment visual positioning systems etc.

Technology of Uniform Line Lasers

  • Beam Shaping Optics: Uniform line lasers utilize advanced beam shaping optics to transform a standard laser beam into a line with uniform intensity. These optics ensure that the light is evenly distributed along the length of the line, which is crucial for applications requiring consistent illumination.

  • Diffractive Optical Elements (DOEs): Many uniform line lasers incorporate diffractive optical elements to achieve precise control over the beam's shape and intensity distribution. DOEs enable the creation of highly uniform lines, making them ideal for tasks such as 3D scanning, machine vision, and surface inspection.

  • Wavelength Selection: The technology allows for the selection of various wavelengths to suit different materials and applications. This flexibility ensures optimal performance in diverse fields, from industrial manufacturing to biomedical imaging.

  • Thermal Management: Effective thermal management systems are integrated into uniform line lasers to maintain stable operation and prevent overheating. This ensures consistent performance and longevity, even in demanding environments.

Advantages of Uniform Line Laser Modules

  • Consistent Illumination: Uniform line laser modules provide even intensity distribution along the entire length of the line, ensuring consistent illumination. This is essential for applications like 3D scanning, machine vision, and surface inspection, where uniformity is critical for accurate measurements and analysis.

  • High Precision and Accuracy: The advanced beam shaping optics and diffractive optical elements used in uniform line laser modules enable precise control over the beam's shape and intensity. This results in high precision and accuracy, making them ideal for tasks that require meticulous detail.

  • Versatility in Applications: With the ability to select various wavelengths, uniform line lasers can be tailored to suit different materials and applications. This versatility makes them suitable for a wide range of industries, including industrial manufacturing, biomedical imaging, and quality control.
